Lil Miss A.

Another Miss A. This one is a different neighbors baby. Lil Miss A is 3 weeks old Vs. Miss A’s 7 months old. As i  stated, Lil Miss A is 3 weeks old. A bit old for newborn photos, but still little enough to get close. She was very much awake the whole time, even through i was taking pictures of Miss J ( last post) as well. Wide awake and she rarely got upset. Yay!

Again, its so HARD to narrow down your choices to post. So i end up putting alot.

Baby J

Last Friday i had the opportunity to photograph Miss J. A beautiful little 3 month old girl. Pulls at the heartstrings. She is just so pretty. And i cant help but share!

And she is done!

I do have to say that Miss J was very unahppy. She kept crying unless the paci was in her mouth. We even stopped for feedings but she was having none of the photos without her binki. So all photos were taken right after the paci was pulled from her mouth. But she is still beautiful.

Dezi and Ashley

Ive been testing out a new lens and so i got some of my neighbors to help me out. Being teens and girls, they are happy to pose for me.

Strangely enough Ashleys dog is named Grudge… The dog was SO big, she had to sit on his back to make him sit down!

I do have more photos of Ashley, but i regularly take photos of Dezi so its all good.

Happy Halloween

Miss Abby, my neighbors doll baby has been coming over during the day once or twice a week. While mom, and her grandparents are busy with school and work, i get to babysit. Well the other day we decided to do some Halloween photos for fun! Her grandparents are thrilled and i just love them!

You can even see her 2 new bottome teeth!

20 prime

I was lucky enough to be loaned a 20 prime. My images are shot with a 50 prime or a 70-300 mm lens. So this one is much wider then im used to. Talk about WOW.

Technical post

I got my lab set up. So now if i do portraits, people can order from a professional lab rather then printing from somewhere like Walmart and get perhaps crappy prints. So yaaaay Thats good news!

Also i found out my monitor was badly calibrated. Meaning while he images looked great on my screen, in print, or on other peoples screens they looked ” off”. Example, over bright, or too red. However that problem has been fixed and ive spent the past few days re-editing the shoots i have done in the past month. If you want to have a new CD created from your images with a better edit, please let me know. I have no problem fixing my mistakes.

Well that is my technical update.
